Communicaid Inc.'s founder and president, Paula Madden , holds state certification for both legal and medical Spanish interpretation. Before dedicating her career full time to leading Communicaid Inc., she assisted doctors and attorneys in their daily practice. Ms. Madden has also taught interpreting classes at San Francisco State University to promising new interpreters. Her commitment to and belief in superior language services are at the root of Communicaid Inc.'s creation.

Kevin Mitchell's interest in language was sparked during his Peace Corps service in El Salvador. Kevin volunteered his expertise to help local farmers market their agricultural products. In addition, he wrote & managed development projects.
Upon returning to the Bay Area to study his MBA at Santa Clara University, Kevin decided to pursue a career where he could continue to use the Spanish that he enjoyed speaking so much. Kevin joined Communicaid Inc. in 1999 and quickly ascended to VP of sales and marketing in 2002.

Stefan Huyghe has over 10 years experience working in the language industry and over 6 as an executive for various high profile translation & interpreting companies. Prior positions include Project Manager, Translation Manager and Director of Operations.
Mr. Huyghe has been instrumental in the design & implementation of several fully integrated data management systems and ensures seamless execution of your projects. Born in Belgium, he speaks four languages fluently: French, Dutch, German & English.
